Welcome to the User Agreement for Medi2Surgical.com (A division of Medi2surgical, New Delhi). The www.medi2surgical.com and www.medi2surgical.in (“Site”) are operated by Medi2surgical, New Delhi “Firm” and its corporate affiliates (collectively, “us”, “we” or “the Firm”). This Agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. By accessing or using our website (“www.medi2surgical.com and www.medi2surgical.in“), you (the “User”) signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered member of Medi2Surgical.com (Member). In the event of any inconsistency between the Medi2Surgical Privacy Policy and this Agreement, the Agreement shall override the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you may not use or access our website and services. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time and without prior notice, by posting the amended terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
All delivery services require a signature upon delivery. This acts as proof of delivery to your entered shipping address. Any adult signature at the shipping address will act as legal delivery fulfillment.
All images of products are purely for illustration only and do not form part of the description of the product. “Medi2surgical” cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the product. Although unlikely, it is possible that product information is not correct. In such cases, Medi2surgical reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
1. Eligibility You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not use the Medi2Surgical.com site.
2. Registration Details and Account Security In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site (“Registration Details”); (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Details and any other information you provide to the Company to keep it accurate, current, and complete; and (c) you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your password or account with or without your knowledge.
3. User Conduct Content on the Website is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Medi2Surgical.com. Medi2Surgical.com is not responsible for the conduct of its users. Therefore, in using Medi2Surgical.com, you represent, warrant, and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights, or contain libelous, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material. In addition, you agree not to use the Service or the Site to:
i) Post any content or initiate communications which are unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

iii) Use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service or the Site.
iv) Upload, post, transmit, share, store, or otherwise make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, and credit card numbers.
4. Proprietary Rights in Site Content; Limited License All content on the Site and available through the Service, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound, and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the “Site Content”), are the proprietary property of the Company, its users, or its licensors, with all rights reserved. No Site Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the Company’s prior written permission, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own User Content (as defined below) that you legally post on the Site. Provided that you are eligible for use of the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and the Site Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Site Content to which you have properly gained access, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws, including without limitation copyright and trademark laws, and the applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppels, implication, or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.
5. Assumption of Risks YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS THAT THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, AND RELATED INFORMATION ARE SUITABLE OR ACCURATE FOR YOUR NEEDS AND WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANY APPLICATIONS DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR LOSS OF DATA. BY VIEWING THIS SITE, READING COMMENTS BY OTHER USERS, OR ACCESSING APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES RELATED TO THIS SITE, YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO RUDE, CRUDE, INDECENT, OR OTHER OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR REFERENCES. YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT RELATING TO YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISER OR CONTENT PROVIDER ON THE SITE.
